The substantial cooking area (0.72 square meters) is perfect for professionals. The wood-fired version includes a fire grate ensuring the maximum cooking area is always available. The refractory bricks are slightly raised off the base making the oven floor more stable and allowing air to circulate underneath. This insulates the oven floor and keeps the bricks hotter for longer. The heavily insulated stainless steel dome allows the oven to heat up quickly and efficiently. The smoke exit is to the very front of the dome, again retaining heat in the oven.

Our ovens are supplied fully assembled from the factory in Italy and are ready to use. No building work required. If ordered with a stand this must be bolted together on site.
